It is with heavy hearts that we announce LemonStand will be shutting down on June 5th, 2019. We know this will be a burden on our customers, but we’re committed to making the transition off of LemonStand as easy as possible for all of you.
What happens next?
As of March 5th, 2019, we have stopped billing all LemonStand customers, and will refund all annually prepaid customers for the portion of the services they have prepaid beyond this date. Refunds will be paid out over the next 5 business days, plus any time it takes for the refunds to show up on your cards.
We will be providing our customers with the same level of email support as always over the next 90 days, as well as guidance and recommendations to help people migrate their stores to other platforms.
