LemonStand includes a CMS and it's where the magic happens. You have fine grain control of the design and functionality of any static, product, category or blog page.
You can use any front-end code you like, without restriction. And you can totally separate logic by using partials and page actions.
No Defaults
While there is a growing list of themes, you can just as easily start from scratch creating an online store based on LemonStand.
Use your front-end code and then insert API calls to dynamically output content such as products, navigation, categories, blog posts and a lot more.
Content Management
Included is an easy-to-use feature for editing content using a WYSIWYG editor. Anyone can use this to edit page, product and blog post content without breaking a sweat.
You can set up multiple content blocks on a single page, making it easy to control the content in various page sections.
Powerful API
LemonStand includes a clean, simple and well-documented API, which enables you to implement custom features even if you are not a developer.
Most of the store-specific code is already implemented in the actions, which you can bind to pages. If the standard actions are not enough for you, use pure API calls to access the hidden power of LemonStand's engine.

File-based templates
While LemonStand includes a powerful built-in code editor with syntax highlighting and full-screen mode, file-based templates enable you to use your favorite text editors and version control systems.
You're totally unrestricted and can use TextMate, Coda, Notepad++ or any other code editor. You can also use Git, SVN or other flavors of version control for LemonStand themes.
